Check whether the row has a recent update, specific notes, a working link, and a category that matches the product. Vague rows need more caution.
A spreadsheet can narrow the search, but it cannot protect you by itself. The important answers come from the seller, the live listing, the payment details, and the shipping confirmation.
Check whether the row has a recent update, specific notes, a working link, and a category that matches the product. Vague rows need more caution.
Confirm product variant, stock, total price, shipping method, handling time, packaging, and what happens if the item is unavailable.
Save the spreadsheet row, seller page, chat transcript, receipt, QC photos, and tracking number until delivery is complete.
A fansbuy spreadsheet is useful because it groups product clues in one place. That does not mean every row is current, complete, or safe to use. A row can be old, copied from another sheet, linked to a changed listing, or missing the detail you need most.
Before you treat a row as order-ready, check three things: whether the product still matches the listing, whether the seller gives a current answer, and whether the final cost is clear. If any of those three are missing, keep comparing.
One warning sign does not always mean the seller is bad. It does mean you should slow down, ask again, or compare another row from the same section.
A useful answer names the product, confirms the variant, gives the current stock status, and explains what is included in the price. It should also make the shipping method and handling time clear enough that you can compare it with another option.
Short answers are fine when the question is simple, but a seller should not ignore important details. If you ask about size, color, and shipping, the reply should address those points directly.
Create one folder or note for each order. Save the spreadsheet row, category page, seller page, chat screenshots, payment receipt, tracking number, QC photos, and the date you checked the listing. If anything changes later, you will not have to rely on memory or a link that may have been edited.
This is especially helpful for group orders, gifts, limited-stock items, electronics, and anything where sizing or compatibility matters. It will not remove every risk, but it gives you a clearer record if something changes.
Skipping a row is not wasted time. It is part of using a spreadsheet well. Move on when the link is dead, the seller will not confirm basics, the total cost keeps changing, or the product photos do not match the item you wanted. There will usually be another row or another category search that gives you cleaner information.
This site does not sell products, process payments, handle shipping, or speak for any seller. Product choices, payments, and shipping decisions are yours to check before you move forward.
